Our physiotherapists are fully trained in the application and removal of waterproof casts and splints.
We should usually be able to fit you in for a same-day appointment. Just bring in your recent x-rays and reports to the clinic and you will be in safe hands.
Sometimes a cast is not the most appropriate option and a brace may be a better alternative. We stock a variety of braces but we may need to order one especially for you to ensure the best fit, immobilisation and your comfort.
We can remove any type of cast (whether we have fitted them or not). Rehabilitation is usually necessary once the cast is removed and we can provide the necessary rehabilitation and exercise program.
