A German physio injured himself TWICE as he ran onto the field to help an injured player during a game in Austria late last year.
Luckily, he taught his players well, as they brought him an ice-pack and helped him off the field.
It's Healthy Weight Week! An initiative of the Dietitians Association of Australia, Healthy Weight Week is designed to raises awareness of the importance of achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle.

With the kids back at school, they may be complaining of heavy backpacks. It seems these days kids have to carry around half a classroom! Books, sports gear, laptops - it's no wonder they're struggling!
The Australian Physiotherapy Association has some tips about safe backpack behaviour:
* Kids should carry less than 10 per cent of their body weight in their back packs
* Pack the heaviest items close to the spine
* Wear the backpack over both shoulders
