Hurstville Physio Plus has been putting the care back into aged care by providing excellence in physiotherapy for over 20 years. Our sister company Action Home Rehab delivers our mobile physiotherapy services directly to clients at home in the St George and Sutherland Shire areas.

We believe that early intervention is essential to reduce the effects of ageing and is key to better outcomes for our clients.

We have a dedicated team of experienced physiotherapists who will visit clients in the comfort and convenience of their own home. They will complete a comprehensive initial assessment and develop a rehabilitation plan to help each client achieve their goals. Our physiotherapists listen carefully to each client to understand what is most important to them. They then work together to make sure their goals can be achieved.

We will see clients in the clinic, in their own home or an aged care facility. Our clients can expect:

• One-on-one treatment sessions.
• Advice on manual handling strategies to promote safety and confidence.
• Regular updates to family members, carer and the client’s healthcare team.
