February 7, 2014

With the kids back at school, they may be complaining of heavy backpacks. It seems these days kids have to carry around half a classroom! Books, sports gear, laptops - it's no wonder they're struggling!

* Pack the heaviest items close to the spine
* Wear the backpack over both shoulders
