Lihua has more than 25 years of customer service experience in global companies and community sector before joining Hurstville Physio Plus to pursue her interest in healthcare customer service. She looks forward to contributing further to the fantastic customer satisfaction here at Hurstville Physio Plus. She likes to be busy and will lookout for ways to improve efficiency and keep everything running smoothly.

When not helping her two sons with their activities, Lihua loves light reading and bushwalking and being actively involved with her local community.
